Maybe I can help....

First I think you need to put more torroids on the CAT cable.
Keep adding them until the birdies go away or until the cable is full of 
torroids.   

Also it seems that mix 31 is better... but your mix should work but will take 
more torroids....

This sounds like a "pin one problem"
