Topband: Burghardt repair?

Not sure this qualifies for Top Band, but involves repair of a radio
for top band. 
Anyone sent anything in for repair and received it back as of late?
Gear has been there for over a month and now not answering any phone
calls for the past 3 days the phone just rings.  Today email bounces
also,  any info ?
Burghardt that is as in the title..
