Topband: Inverted-L fixed!

Thanks to everyone for their valuable input on my Inverted-L problem.  Ned, 
AA7A and 
Dean, W5PJR hit it right on the head!  The problem was RFI entering the 
transceiver through the dc power lead.  I wound the dc power lead around 
a  toroid and was able to drive the antenna to ~1300w with no problems.
