On 1 Dec 09 I sent a QSL for a 160m QSO with R1FJM via the
RX3MM address at the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development (EBRD) in London shown on QRZ.com, and a reply
was received from RX3MM in Moscow just ten weeks later. It
might look like an odd address, but it works! Tnx Vitaly
