Hello All, I think is enough information on this subject. Thank you to all who kindly answering. Special Thanks to WT3Q Sam who point me to qrz.com! The QSL "action" is still alive and ongoing. They said: If you didn't received our card till the end of February, please e-mail us, WE'LL SEND IT AGAIN FOR NO CHARGE! Seems to me that they are a serious team! Let wait a little bit.
