A week or two ago - a ham who did not subscribe to the topband list started
receiving email in his inbox from this reflector. After some debugging -
it was determined that an arrl.net alias had somehow been changed to his
email address. The ARRL has been notified and they have fixed the issue -
and believe it was due to some batch file that was run to update addresses.
I am not sure how widespread the issue was - but at least one reflector
member probably has missed the past week or two of posts - and is now
getting messages again.
