True of False - there is an 80 meter half wave dipole orbiting Mars? http://www-pw.physics.uiowa.edu/~dag/publications/2009_TheMarsExpressMARSISSounderInstrument_PSS.pdf Wonder if anyone on Earth could detect the signal - but I suspect with 5 watts ERP - that it would be impossible.
