Another Rohn HDBX-48 question.

Thanks to everybody for their opinions on
the Rohn HDBX-48 tower.  The consensus is
that it is a very good tower.

This thing is going to need 5.3 yards of 
concrete.  Thats 6' sqare by 4' deep.  

With this in mind how close can I put this 
to the basement wall of my house?  Have
any guidelines ever been established for
this?
