Thank you all for your response on the SWR issue with my Pro-57b.  The
response was fantastic!  To answer Billy's question, I am measuring the
SWR at the shack.  Yes, I know it's better to measure at the feedpoint
but I am disabled-climbing towers is something I just cannot do myself
without help.  

If it ever stops raining here in No. CA, we will try replacing the "Y"
feedpoint and see what happens.  Sounds like the easiest way to go, and
keep using the Tuner until I get the problem solved.  By the way, the
equipment here is Omni 6, model 293 tuner, AL-80b amp. Thanks again
everyone for the great input!
