Doping ground rods

The following chemicals, listed in order of preferred use, are=20
recommended for good results and less corrosion on the grounding system:

Since Epsom salts are inexpensive, is there any advantage to pouring =
them in the anchor holes & tower hole before pouring cement?  How much?

Would they help to pour in the radial ditches before covering?  What is =
a good application rate since they cannot be renewed in either of these =
applications? =20

I believe the literature says they have to be renewed annually, which =
may work for ground rods, but what do you do for radials (pour on your =
yard?).  What does Epsom salt do for your lawn?
