[TowerTalk] no-bend pier pin idea (ROHN 25G BASE)

JC reminds me that I left out a key detail in my question and what was
strongly implied by the summary. This is that my application is for a Rohn 
25G base.  Sorry if my summary is BS for some other types of tower.
