STOP! Do not do anything yourself.

Get a professional quote for removal and repair and have THEM remove the
antenna system.

A bucket truck or crane with a manbasket/bosun's chair is a slam dunk
in getting the mast and antenna system down safely and is the preferred way
to go.

This in an insurance claim as well. Since the damage is next to the
house, your insurance company will want it taken care of ASAP by
professionals to minimize liability exposure.

Don't send your nephew shinnying up the mast! Get the pros in there.
