[TowerTalk] Hy-gain & 2BDQ dipole

I received a message pointing out the Hy-gain 2BDQ as a good compromisse antena 
for 40 and 80. However I would like to know:

1) Is it full size on 40?

2) Is it cut for CW or SSB on 80?

If you do not have this information but know how to reach hy-gain through the 
NET, please let me know! E-mail, site, whatever!
