         I could answer for eveyone but I can sure say that
anyplace that I have lived the utilities co would not
go for it at all.....especially obove the telephone cable.
        I really think that you would be taking two risk in
doing it one being safety and the other legal... Many
local areas have ordinances that would make you 
open to misdamener prosecution......
       Is it really worth it Most of us do not have even close
to half an acre for antennas.
      Seriously I do feel that it is worth the risk or bother..
