Bill,

Lots of good ways.

a. Ceramic feed-through insulators through a piece of wood, with inside
and outside connections. Works with window frames (wood) or siding.

b. PVC pipe through the house side. Insert flat plastic spacers into
each end to 1. keep out bugs and 2. hold line centered in pipe by
carefully cut openings to fit line.

c. Hole in the wall (Not good for hurricane or arctic areas.).

d. ATU at the wall, with coax in the shack and 450 line outside.

Unless there is something metallic that will unbalance the line at the
shack input/output point, very little will affect the line--although
Murphy always has something hidden up his sleeve, like a telephone line,
doorbell line, house intercom line, etc. Hence, feed-through almost
always takes two tries, the first to fiond Murphy, and the second to get
it right.
