Bob's idea is a great one, but you don't even need the post and winch. 
With a hinge plate you can use your guy wires opposite the hinge on the
base plate.  I'm sure even though your only putting up 20' to 30' of
tower that you will have two sets of guys.  At 10,000' GSL winds get
rather brisk.  Just attach as snatch block to the guys and guy point and
two of you can lift the tower high enough to get it high enough the pull
up by the snatch block.  No need to worry about over pulling as the two
other guys will stop it at the top.  Good luck!!!
