When all else fails use the SWR meter in a rig or an inline one, either
will work.
I learned this from an antenna that we built for a remote base on a very
"RF rich" mountain top. for giggles we put the meter (MFJ) on it on the
mountain. WOW! it reads 3:1 every where. tried inline and it was right
where it was when we left the house. WHEW!
