Hi all,
Well, here I have been having a great time measuring all sorts
of things with my new 259B; had it about 3 weeks now.
Yesterday, I read a post that one should absolutely insure that
your new 259B have the 6F1 software; that this info was on the
cover of the accompanying user's pamphlet. Checked mine
this morning, as sort of an afterthought, assuming I certainly
had gotten the latest from HRO, as I was assured when ordering.
Well, it says mine is "version 6F0" --?? Shock, should I be
upset, disappointed? Now what, is my brand new unit already
obsolete? Can it be upgraded? Of course, and what are the
differences, really? When was version 6F1 released?
