Ted, I 2nd. what Mark (N1LO) advised and to go one step further, take a
look @ ARRL Handbook and/or ARRL Antenna book and build yourself an off
center fed Windom that will give you decent all-band receiving AND
transmitting capabilities. To reduce losses with the Windom, fed it with
ladder line rather than 300 ohm ribbon... will need a tuner also!
