     To All:
     
     I would like to apologize to the Towertalk group for the general tone 
     and personal nature of my last long e-mail.  Any perceived arrogance 
     on my part was unintentional, and I do admit that the comments to Jim 
     were a bit much.  The message was written with emotion more so than 
     reason and I recognize that this is inappropriate for the Reflector.
