[TowerTalk] Bending rebar

Greetings!

I'm starting on the rebar cage for my tower base. Any tips on bending
it? I'd like a couple right-angles and my 'initial tests' with a vice
haven't
resulted in as sharp a bends as I'd like. Any tips?
