You didn't mention reinforcing bar. Don't forget to make a re-bar cage.
A simple concrete vibrator can be made form a 4" disc of plywood screwed on
to the end of a stick, such that the plane of the disc is perpendicular to
the stick. Submerge the disk and shake, rattle 'n' roll! It's amazing how
this fluidizes the concrete.
Don't forget to scratch in your callsign and date <grin>. Backdate it if
you have any new local ordinances! <bigger grin>
