boy do i agree with that. during the recent CQWW contest I was up at 110'
cutting
away a connector that had been made permanent with scotchkote....at 8:30 at
nite,
with a nice sharp knife...the ONLY way to open it.
while connectors have to be protected they generally don't have to be made
PERMANENT because they usually aren't. they are there to allow a convenient
point
to dissassemble a system.
