FYI, the term PARASLEEVE was coined in 1982 by Hy-Gain for the Explorer-14.
I am not aware of it's use by FORCE 12. The term "Open-sleeve dipole" is
more generic and should be used unless specifically referring to the
Explorer-14 or DB-1217.
