Hi Tony, Last April my home (and shack) sustained 100k+ in damage from a
Tornado here in Nashville. One of the antennas damaged was an A3s. While
in Dayton, I asked Cushcraft for some help in getting parts to repair. I
asked for nothing free but just some help. They were very arrogant, rude
and did not want to be bothered with my problems. They did get one of their
dealers to "help" me out with the suggestion that I buy a new one. I vowed
that never would a Cushcraft product show up on my towers. I immediately
went to the Force 12 booth and bought a C31XR. I am VERY VERY pleased with
the product, performance and the company. I am in the process of buying two
more Force 12's. Tom, N6BT and the company have been super. I believe "no
service=no sales." my 2 cents worth-very 73, Tommy WD4K PS -Ck out F12's
model C3--a very fine product!!

Subject: [TowerTalk] Cushcraft parts help vs new Force 12 warc antenna

>A few months ago I filled out the paperwork on Cushcraft's web site for

Their
