Details are still sketchy, and taken from TV news.
The person killed was reported to be a repairman from Tower Technology, of
Signal, Ca. One source says the crane bumped the tower, but the crane
operator and the station representative say the repairman made a mistake.
The tower itself came down and appears to not be all connected together,
although the TV pictures aired were picked to show twisted sections, rather
than an overall view. This is complicated by the fact that most of the time
since the accident has been after dark.
