Several suggested that in only 3 years the antenna was probably still in
good shape and I should just put it back up.   But others responded that it
would be too easy to drill out the old rivets with the same size drill bit,
clean up the elements, re-apply Noalox, and re-use the same drilled holes
for new rivets.   I started drilling out the old rivets to see how it would
go.   I had them all drilled out in just a few minutes before I was called
away for other things  (hockey tournament all weekend - no antenna work & no
contesting).   

New Question:           What is the best way to clean the old NOALOX off ?
Paint thinner ?
