Brian,
I don't think that the materials you mentioned are the type used for
construction of tower sections! I'd think I'd be real sceptical!
Also, hope you are a good welder. Any structural failure could be
disastrous. I'm sure you could find some used tower around which
would be a MUCH better idea.
