Did you put the other sections on yet? If not, you might be in luck. I
think Home Depot carries 3 to 4 foot drill extensions. Attach a small
masonary bit and run it down to the bottom to clean it out some. Is it
possible that the surrounding ground is just saturated to the point where it
won't accept any more water?
