Here's a mechanical engineering analysis from an electronic engineer.
Consult a PE before using this as a final design.
Rohn dwg. C630645 states that the moment capacity of a 45G section
is 11,400 inch-pounds (950 ft-lbs).
Rohn dwg. A880445 states that the foundation shown on this drawing
may be subjected to a max. moment of 2502 foot-lbs.
Therefore, the foundation shown should be adequate for this tower.
