[TowerTalk] Differences in Rohn house brackets?

A footnote on the Rohn 25G bracketed tower table (DWG no. A871302R1) says
"all brackets are to be Rohn P/N HBUTVRO per drawing D850221."

2 questions:

Anyone have an idea where that drawing is in the catalog (I just bought the
new "consumer" catalog) and what it shows?

The HBUTVRO is the heavy duty bracket.  How much difference will there be
between it and the more "standard" HB25 bracket?  Is the footnote just to
"cover" Rohn?
