RG-213 or virtually any other "dry" type RG cables were not
designed for any direct burial situations. Placing them in
PVC conduit doesn't really help either because underground
conduits as such, still condense inside and develop pools of
water that the cable lays in.

Almost all the "RG" cables were designed for inside
applications and not suitable for laying in water. Belden
engineers have stated to me such installations are typically
good for 6 months or so and the cables deteriorate quickly
thereafter.

Plan to use cables which are flooded with gel compounds
inside, or are designed for burial applications. Belden has
some as does Superior.
