Lexan, I thought everyone knew about this wonderful and glorius product.
Polycorbonate is the generic term for it...Unbreakable, Damn near UV PROOF,
bullet proof, and in my experience RF will not harm it.
The stuff is very easy to work with, and makes great antenna insulators and
the such. 
As for getting it, as I remember it is not the cheapest stuff around, but I
will tell you a little secret...
If you are looking for small quantities of it and dont care if it is
scratched or anything, try your local sign shop. 
This is where I was first introduced to the stuff, and most sign shops like
the one I used to work in usually have a scrap pile of plastics and stuff
and usually will give it away for the asking.
