Its according to the size. The Fair Radio Sales plastic balloons were the
best.

Get the nozzle for filling party balloons and use your hand to hold the
excess around it.

A ground stake in the salt water (or piece of aluminum tubing) will be
enough ground. Just get connected to the salt water.
