Jimmy,
Measure from both side of the power line to the neutral at a 240 volt
outlet. Preferably do this while you are sure one side of the line is
loaded more than the other.
If that is about equal (within a few volts), you have no ground
problems.
A few millivolts is very low, I wouldn't worry about a few volts in
some cases! Remember your meter is a high impedance meter
and reads all types of things....not just 60 Hz AC.
The real clue is how unbalanced the 240 volt systems is when
each half is compared to the neutral.
Your line voltage is slightly high. Nominal voltage is 120 volts. It is
quite normal to see 125 under light loads. They can adjust the taps
of the transformer you are on, but don't expect perfect regulation.
I only worry when I start seeing 128 volts or more.
