Excellent question, and I'll be asking here tomorrow.
The primary lines business is right on target, though .. hereabouts, they
run >7 KV, and the induced voltage in the near field is enough that I had a
bracket supporting a lightning arrestor arcing to its own mounting bolt and
causing terrible RFI. I have no desire to get my body anywhere near that
stuff!
