I read the manual online, http://www.bencher.com/pdfs/00464IZV.pdf, and it
seemed clear to me....

"Because of higher than normal 20 M radiation resistance, the feedpoint
impedance on that band is in the neighbor hood (sic) of 100 ohms in a
typcial installation.  Therefore, a quarter-wave matching section of 75-ohm
line is is (sic) used as a transformer for the 50-ohm impedance of the main
transmission line."
