Pete, not sure if this is what you want.
I have one of those older Drake Wattmeters. It came with a plastic nomogram
that if you forward power read x and your reflected power read y you could
lay a straight edge fro x to y and it would show the swr.
If that's what you need...or can adapt...I'll scan it and send it as a .jpg
attachment.
