A W2DU balun is a "type" of balun which relies on well-established
principals. It's absurd to indicate that all W2DU balauns are not made
well. You had a bad experience from *one* manufacturer who claimed to sell
a "W2DU" balun. The problem is not the W2DU concept, but rather the
construction technique set forth by the company building and selling the
balun. Thanks.
