I used one on 160. It was fed at 16 feet, and the ends came down
to the ground. Nice and broad banded, and heard fairly well,
at least to my "Newbie" ears. (less than one month as a ham)
With this lash up I won the VE6 area for the CQWW 160
CW test in 1989. I have been contesting, and building antennas
ever since.

But I sure had fun :-)
