My home owner's association (if you can call it that -- only 140 of the 360 homes are members) is a real gem too. During the course of development of our neighborhood 5 different versions of the deed restrictions were issued. Now the HOA's want to 'grandfather' ALL the deed restrictions to the most restrictive one of the five issued. NO DEAL.
