HelloAll,
I've found some frequencies settings for the 205CA. The table bellow is the
N6BV settings for
14.175 accordingly with an e-mail found on this reflector.
4.0000 1.2500 1.1250 0.8750 0.6250 0.4375
0,0 3.6250 41.8750 46.0000 50.5000 24.0000 57.3750
72.0000 3.6250 32.3750 46.0000 50.5000 24.0000 53.1250 144.0000
3.6250 32.3750
46.0000 50.5000 24.0000 45.1250 218.0000 3.6250 14.1250
46.0000 50.5000 24.0000
62.0000 408.0000 3.6250 14.1250 46.0000 50.5000 24.0000
53.7500
I'm understanding that the first column gives the distance from the boom in
this order:
0.00 Reflector
72.0 Driven
144.0 Director 1
218.0 Director 2
408.0 Director 3
At the second column 4.0000 corresponds to the central conection diameter and
3.625 is it's
lenght.
At the third column 1.250 is the element first section and 46.000 is the
elements lenghts for
this section.
At the last column 0.4375 is the element tip diameter and the data bellow is
the sections
elements length.
So, if I'm understanding it right the antena will have the following dimensions:
Boom lenght = 218.0
0.00 from the boom end, Reflector = 223,3750 inches
72.0 from the boom end, Driven = 209,6250 inches
144.0 from the boom end, Director 1 = 201.6250 inches
218.0 from the boom end, Director 2 = 200.2500 inches
408.0 from the boom end, Director 3 = 192.0000 inches
Am I doing right? For my sad surprise Hy Gain didn't ship the manual togheter
the antenna.
Thanks in advance for any help.
