Almost any oil based product will do. Actual antigalling products are made
by Loctite as Permatex Anti-seize lubricant P/N 133A. It comes in 1 oz.
tubes and I believe I got mine at a local Discount Auto Parts store or
Autozone?

Sommer Antennas recommends any light oil but repeats the need to use it
several times throughout their assembly instructions.

I have succesfully used engine oil, and the paraffin wax based lube sticks
for fixing squeaky doors without ever getting a galled nut. But I have
frequently screwed up good hardware when I forgot to use it. The bottom line
is, it is not too critical what you use but use something oily.
