TWO NEW BOOKS
L. B. Cebik, W4RNL, has compiled his past investigations into wide-band
Yagis, along with new material developed expressly for these books, into a
two-volume set. The first volume focuses upon the basic principles of
wide-band Yagis, while the second provides a large collection of practical
antenna designs.

As an extra bonus, each volume also includes compiled antenna modeling files
that pertain to the antennas described in each of the chapters. With
modeling software, you may load these file right into your computer and
simulate the antennas as you read about them.

Each volume, available in the popular Adobe PDF format either as a direct
immediate download or as a CDROM, also contains a set of EZNEC-format
antenna models used in the analyses within each chapter. The 2-volume set
provides nearly 400 pages of text and 87 antenna models related to wide-band
Yagi design. As he has done in previous books, Cebik has extensively
illustrated each chapter with relevant graphics.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

books are found in the BookShelf at antenneX. His articles have appeared in
virtually every amateur radio publication, with translations of some into
several languages. Retired Professor from the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville, LB is Technical & Educational Advisor to the ARRL.
