   100 kW ERP, TPO will be between 5 and 50 kW, depending on antenna gain.

   One kind of FM transmit antenna like multiple stacked halos has
a lot of downward radiation, few others have very much.
  (twisted 45 degrees as a rule)  This matters.

   I didn't see HF, VHF, UHF, or all in your post, HF should be
no problem, VHF could be impossible, depending.
   I have only lived in Florida (since 18) so I only know to
stay the heck away from where ice falls.  (just like falling
concrete)

   Let's not guess, give the chief engineer of 107.3 a phone call,
ask your questions.  If he has a brain, he will support you,
a marked police car going in and out of the property at odd
hours is a large asset in controlling vandals, thieves and loiters.
