[Towertalk] Pouring base of tower

Well, from U.S. Towers the Registered Professional Engineer (State of
California) requires the base for the TX-455 to be a single pour.  "footing
shall be a continuous pour such that cold joints will not develop".  About
six yards worth of concrete...  But that sure answers any question I may
have had.
