[TowerTalk] tubular aluminum towers

Though not homebrew, the AB-577 (5" aluminum tubing) surplus tower that a lot 
of are using, is like that, rated to
75' by the manufacturer, and the 6" version, which I think is the AB-621, is 
rated to 100'.  The last I heard, K4TMC in North Carolina had made a surplus 
buy of the 621 and had some available.  Also try Ben at Ontario Surplus in 
Ontario, NY.
