I have many 600 foot runs and I use 8ga house wire to minimize voltage loss.
Avoid peanut flavored wire.

Is anyone using this rotor with a relatively long run of cable ? I will
need to use about 650 feet and plan to use cable with 2 # 12' s and 6 # 16'
s. I am guessing that wire size will handle it just fine, but I would
appreciate comments if anyone knows from experience that
a larger gauge would be preferred.

Thanks, 73,
Kent - K4MK
