[TowerTalk] Ground rod driver??

Pardon the post, but does anyone happen to remember the name of the
company that was posted on the list a month or two ago that had a large
diameter electric drill you could use as a  5/8" ground rod driver. 
I've checked the archives, current e-mails and my e-mail trash bin, etc.
and can't find it. I'm not sure if it was harbor Freight, Northern Tool,
or something similar.  It seems the drill was less than $75.
