[TowerTalk] Pulley Recommendations?

I'm hoping to get a (daring, affordable) tree climber to put up some 
pulleys in my trees.

I'm using 3/16" Synthetic Textiles dacron rope and am concerned that if 
I don't get the right pulleys the rope could easily jump the pulley 
wheels and leave me high and dry!

What size/make/source do you Tower-Talkians recommend?
